Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

Доставка заняла почти два месяца, трек не отслеживался, положили в почтовый ящик. Кольцо красивое, сделано аккуратно. Немного регулируется размер, примерно между 16 и 17.
чудесное колечко! мордочка очень четко сделана. и подарить не стыдно)) единственное- посылка не отслеживается, до Саратова шла 2 месяца, за три дня до окончания защиты( нужно было набраться терпения)

Товар так и не получил. Али вернул оплату. Ну, продавец сам виноват - отправил бесплатным методом, хотя я оплатил ePacket. А бесплатные без отслеживания редко доходят в принципе.

Received the ring with some large cracks in one of the ears. Initially opened a dispute to get my money back, but the store asked me to close it so we could work out another solution. I eventually agreed to order a new ring for 0,01 cent. It took some time before we reached a solution and I was able to order a ring for that amount (maybe due to the language barriere?) but in the end, the store was very friendly and I received a new ring. The new ring also had a slight crack in one of the ears, which makes me think it's just a factory thing, but it wasn't nearly as cracked as the first one. Overall, it was a bit of a hassle to get the product as I wanted it to be but it all worked out fine :) Thanks for the service!
